Course Overview:

An Advanced Project Management course using Robert Wysocki textbook  "Effective Project Mnagement". This is intended to give PM's and project personnel formal training to understand the full scope of Project Management, the System Life Cycle and the 'Whole Picture' of Project management. This course involves extensive interaction of students in a group setting evaluating case studies. A study of advanced project management concepts. This course is designed for all levels from intermediate to advanced level Project Management professionals as well as key stakeholders. The course will discuss in detail all aspects of Project Management from project selection to project close-out. The course focuses on the 'nuts and bolts' of project management with substantial interation between students using Incident discussions and Case studies of relevant Project Management situations. It is not intended to prepare the attendee for the PMP Certification exam. This course is taught under a reciprocal agreement between Doulos PM Training and the Unversity of Texas at Arlington. This course awards 32 PDUs for any PMP.
