SCRUM Master / Agile Course Objectives:

1. At the end of the course you will be ready to immediately take the PMI-ACP examination or your Scum Master Certification.

Course Content and Expectations:

This course provides the education, testing theory & practice and support for a graduate of this course to take and pass the PMI-ACP Agile Certified Professional certification and the Scrum Master Certification.  The class is 32‑hours direct contact with an experienced instructor.  This course meets the full educational needs for taking the PMI-ACP certification as required by PMI.

The information and process used during this course follows the same tried and tested method that has enabled Doulos Training of Dallas LLC. to help more than 1000 people pass their PMI PMP certification. Doulos Training of Dallas LLC is a PMI Registered Education Provider of more than 12 years standing.

Each class focuses on a particular subject area and includes subject matter presentations, sample test questions, analysis of the sample answers, hints and tips on answering questions and on-going coaching to prepare the graduate for the PMI-ACP certification and the Scrum Master Certification. At the end of the course we will undertake a simulated PMI-ACP examination in the form of a Super ACP class.

In addition to this course, to take the PMI-ACP examination you will need 1500 hours of agile experience over the last 3 years. A key part of this course is to guide you through the PMI-ACP certification application process and to work with you to properly represent you agile experience when applying for the examination. At the end of the course you will be ready to immediately take the PMI-ACP examination or your Scum Master Certification.
