Gary is a unique and gifted teacher. He has faith and believes in his students. The class and Gary's dedication and confidence in me was KEY for me passing the exam. He pushed me and encouraged me not to give up. Listen to Gary, read the material, learn the charts, ask questions and follow the plan.

I took a prep course approximately a year prior to Gary's exam prep course. The competitor did not prepare me for the level of studying required for the test. I am glad I put off taking the PMP exam until after taking Gary's class.

The course did what it promised it and allowed me to pass the PMP exam the first time. I think it was an excellent model for preparing for the exam. The course was well worth the investment and is a surefire way to pass the PMP exam. I cannot thank Gary enough for his support and the way he has structured the course.

I would give the PMP course a solid 10 out of 10. The methodology of using each weeks test to introduce PMI concepts works well. The length of the course is necessary to adsorb the PMBOK at a level of detail necessary to apply to the test. This course provides the right framework to be prepared for whatever you will find on the exam.

The PMP Prep class helped me understand the PMI way and how to approach the questions. I'm not sure I would have passed the first time without understanding that, and I don't think I would have gotten it on my own unless I would have gotten lucky in ordering the "right" study materials and know to read them multiple times.

There is no way I would have been prepared for the test without the PMP Prep Course. Working through practice tests is a must to 1) practice application of the processes, application of the PMBOK material, 2) to break old ways of thinking .... your experience and mindset can cause you to fail IF you do not learn to think like the PMBOK and PMI.

Before starting the Emotional Intelligence class, I thought I was in touch with my emotions.  What I learned was; I was in touch only with the reaction I was having vs. the root cause of those reactions.  Understanding the difference has made all the difference both at work and home.
The study of EI surprised me. There was a noticeable difference both in how I perceived my job & coworkers and I believe in how they perceived me after the changes I learned to make.  Work has been drastically more harmonious since EI changed how I act and  react to the stresses of the job.    Thanks for the class

How did the PMP course help you? I really enjoyed coming to this class despite it being at 8 a.m. on a weekend. Gary has a great sense of humor and way with people which made learning enjoyable and fun. I took a prep course approx a year prior to Gary’s exam prep course. I can't tell you how much my PMP has helped. I wish I could say my job is easier but it's not. From the time I started studying for my PMP and had the part time position with a start up consulting firm, I doubled my salary, (If I was working full-time, but I was only part-time), so I have more than doubled my salary from 2008.

If I have not said this before, I want to tell you that your class "rocks" like most young folks say these days.

Today’s presentation over Emotional Intelligence was very interesting and certainly important to Program Managers. Our guest presenter, Mr. Gary Rechtfertig, was energetic and knowledgeable about this topic and provided a great deal of valuable information about working with and leading people. He made several great points that can be implemented into our day to day interaction with others. “Focus, not react”, “Replace negative thoughts with positive ones”, and “Know your vision and write it down” are a few that really stuck with me and speak to my weaknesses. These are areas that I can focus on strengthening in order to become a successful PM and leader. Overall, I think this was an excellent presentation and beneficial for not only PMs but for anyone who works with others.

I truly wish I would have taken Gary's Emotional Intelligence course after getting my PMP. It believe it would have improved my project performance, as well as helped me advance my career faster. I have already seen an improvement in project performance by applying things I learned in the course.

MS Project 2007 w Server class - For me it was the perfect Class at the right time. I only thought I knew how to use MS Project, (boy was I wrong). The whole experience was first class. Beginning with the professionalism of the instructor to the quality of the equipment used for the class. I would recommend this class to everyone.

The Doulos MS Project Server class helped me take my understanding of MS Project to a new level. Not only did I learn new how to use the tool more effectively, I leaned how to apply the course material to solve real-life work problems. The integration of project management theory, a case study, hands-on exercises and small class size really made a difference. The class was definitely worth the money.

If anyone is seriously considering obtaining their PMP Certification, I highly recommend Gary's PMP Prep Course. Not only does Gary have the knowledge and expertise in Project Management, but he is also dedicated to assist you in building your career. The course provides step-by-step guidance to preparing yourself for the exam. The knowledge that you walk away with after taking this class is overwhelming. Today’s session over Emotional Intelligence (EI) was a great learning experience and opportunity for all L-3 Employees. Mr. Rechtfertig has a great deal of knowledge and experience on the subject and provided the group with a vast amount of useful information. It was interesting to learn that only 10% of managers are familiar with EI, even though it makes up 70% of our intelligence. He explained that only 30% is actual IQ based intelligence. We as employees must learn how to recognize and manage our emotions, as well as the emotions of those around us. Today’s session was full of helpful tips and essential information that we, as future PMs, will be able to use to help increase performance in ourselves and our teams. I am very pleased that I had the opportunity to attend this session and greatly appreciate Mr. Rechtfertig taking the time to come visit L-3 Communications.

It is my pleasure to recommend the PMP preparation class. Gary has the right knowledge and information to fully prepare an individual for the PMP exam.
