• Obtain a strong base of PMI knowledge to understand the many situational questions on the exam and how to get to the RIGHT answer.

1 day Executive PM Overview (7.5 PDU's)

Understand the history, purpose and functionality of project management, its value at the corporate level, and how to use it effectively within the corporate structure.

3 day Intro / Intermediate PM Course (21 PDU's)

This course is designed as an introduction to the field of project management. This course will detail all aspects and phases of managing projects from Initiation through Closing.  The course is geared towards professionals participating on a project team, project managers who are new to the discipline and business managers or key stakeholders involved actively in project work.

8 week Advanced MBA PM Course - Revised (60 PDU’s)

An advanced study of Project Management.  The course is designed for the novice to experienced Project Manager who desires to hone his/her project management skills and knowledge.  We will discuss, in some detail, all aspects of Project Management from project selection to project close-out.  The course focuses on the nuts and bolts of Project Management in practice

2 day RISK Management Course (14 PDU’s)

The course is designed for the novice to experienced Project Manager who desires to hone this/her risk management skills and knowledge.  We will discuss in detail all aspects of risk management from inputs to the risk management process through risk monitoring and control.  The course focuses on the nuts and bolts of risk management and is intended to prepare the participant for an in-depth understanding of the entire risk management process

1 hour Emotional Intelligence Presentation (1 PDU)

This is a one hour recap of Emotional Intelligence to acquaint Project managers / stakeholders with basic concepts and principles involved in Emotional Intelligence as well as key principles to Increase their Capacity to Succeed.

2.5 day Emotional Intelligence Course (18 PDU’s)

The course is designed for the novice to experienced manager, team member, individual contributor or stakeholder  who desires to use Emotional Intelligence effectively to increase their probability of Success in their workplace and personal life..

AGILE Certification (32 PDU’s)

This course is aimed at experienced project managers who are interested in agile tool, techniques and behaviors.  The course will last 8 weeks with 4 hours contact per week giving 32 hours total.  Each of the eight classes will be self-contained and will cover one main area in agile methods.
