The Course

An Advanced MBA Level Project Management course using Meredith& Mantels 5th edition textbook and PMI's PMBOK. This is intended to give PM's and project personnel formal training to understand the full scope of Project Management, the System Life Cycle and the 'Whole Picture' of Project management. A study of advanced project management concepts. This course is designed for the all levels from intermediate to advanced level Project Management professionals. The course will discuss in detail all aspects of Project Management from project selection to project close-out. The course focuses on the 'nuts and bolts' of project management. It is not intended to prepare the attendee for the PMP Certification exam. This course award 40 PDUs for any PMP.
